Methodology
This document describes the methodology of modelisation and generation of forms and workflows for setting up an Electronic Document Management - EDM around issues related to HR.
The modeling of forms and workflows was performed by two persons thus:
- the classification of HR
- an Excel document describing the variety of informatic skills covered by the employees
- a brief description of the process entitled "editing of an employment contract (for editing the document until it is sent to the prospective employee)
- a description of the sub-process "Update CV" (from the updated CV to its archives)
The methodology used for this case study is to:
- model as a class diagram objects and data associated with some types of documents, such as "CV", "Training", "Absences", "Employment contract"
- model as a workflow diagram actors and tasks related to the "Editing an employment contract" and "Updating a CV"
For this case study, we focus our analysis on the forms "CV" and "Employment contract".
