Context

The Human Resources Department of a large group of food industry, specializing in the production of manufactured products based on poultry, sought a BlueXML partner to develop an application of HR managemen. The company markets its products in over 130 countries on 5 continents, and employs 10,000 persons, including 5,000 in France.

Human resources include two broad categories of practices:

  • one on the management of payroll, legal aspects, contracts, ...
  • the other on career management, skills, training, ...

In this perspective, the common need to all services is to computerize the process of typing, recording, storage and versioning of documents, but also to identify and dispose of specific types of RH documents. It is a question of optimizing the organization of the documents of foresight, payslips, the traceability of needs and desires in training, CV and in their treatment, from research to the job interview.
