Context

An company of the industrial sector, specialized in the development and the automation of solution of orbital bonding, approach a BlueXML partner to computerize its management of the  Administrative Forms of Non Compliance - FNCA.

A FNCA is an form which translates an information feedback qualified by the customer, the supplier or the commercial, raising a problem which must be taken care and settled in 15 days (curative action). The same entrance can generate in parallel a second stream of information allowing a diagnosis more deepened with studies and correctives in longer term, included between 3 and 6 months (corrective action). At the moment, the use of the FNCA appears under the shape of a paper form which passes from service to service according to the nature of the declared non compliance.

The automation of this FNCA recovers two types of development:

  • the creation of a form
  • the implementation of a workflow

Approximately 100 FNCA is treated every month. So, the expected result concerns:

  • the optimization of the management of these processes
  • he productivity gain which ensues from it
  • the future possibility of having a tool of reporting for the management of these forms

This document describes the methodology of modeling and generation of form and of workflow with SIDE. The modeling leans on a paper version of the FNCA and on a paper description of the process associated with the management of this FNCA, entitled "Logigramme of the process of management of the FNCA".

We present at first the modeling of objects and data relative to the form under the shape of class diagram, then the modeling of objects and data relative to the process under the shape of workflow diagram.
