A company of the industry sector, specialized in the manufacture and installation of cold rooms and clean rooms, sought a BlueXML partner for a global intranet collaborative project, tool for information and communication understood as an unavoidable vector of the activity of the company. The launch of the project is an action related to document management in two sectors (food and clean room) running on "project management in the affair".
A "project management in the affair" means that the design, manufacture, installation and billing are specific to each command. The life cycle of an affair generate many internal and external documents that may have different versions (call, client specifications, estimate, budget, plans, invoices, letters, ...). Also, as part of the implementation of a document management where documents are dematerialized, the analysis focuses primarily on the need to develop the forms most commonly used and the reports associated with them.
